Services & Pricing
Services include individual therapy, which is great for people that have recognized a pattern of unhealthy behavior or coping. Individual therapy can also be great for those that have gone through, or are anticipating, major life changes in all shapes and forms.
We also offer couple’s counseling, which focuses on the dynamics that exist between partners. We will address specific issues such as infidelity or dishonesty in any form. We also examine and address possible unhealthy communication patterns.
Lastly, we offer mental health awareness presentations in the form of public forum talks or Q&As panels. This can be geared toward children, adolescents, or adults in any life stage. We are passionate about de-stigmatizing the act of seeking out mental health services and raising awareness of basic coping skills that can help manage daily or major stressors life throws our way.
Individual Counseling
One-on-one sessions that are geared toward targeted goals and specified challenging areas. Sessions are 45-minutes long and the frequency of sessions are based on initial assessment.
Currently only offered virtually via HIPPA compliant teletherapy platform.
Pricing - $120 per session
Couple’s Counseling
Therapy focusing on processing through various types of conflict and building healthier communication skills.
Currently only offered virtually via HIPPA compliant teletherapy platform. Preferred that parties are together, but can be attended from multiple locations.
Pricing - $150 per session
Mental Health Awareness Presentation
Formal presentation or informal, Q&A type, events to help provide education surrounding the topic of mental health with the goal of destigmatizing the act of seeking mental health counseling/therapy.
Events can be in-person or virtual.

While we do not currently take insurance, at this time, we do offer a sliding scale for those with income limitations. We are also able to provide a receipt of services (superbill) that you may be able to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you carry out-of-network benefits on your policy.
